The WAPS Council represents all PhD students associated to the graduate school WIAS (Wageningen Institute of Animal Sciences). The WAPS Council was established in 1995, and its aim is as follows:

To act in the interest of all WIAS associated PhD students by active participation in the WIAS educational committee and in the WIAS Board, and by monitoring and acting upon internal and external developments that might affect WIAS Associated PhD Students.

Furthermore we organize several activities for PhD students and the WIAS Science Day (see menu).
