Introduction:
Coccidiosis is an economically important infectious disease of poultry. We aim to provide insight into several key factors that determine transmission of Eimeria spp.in a flock. The overall focus is the interaction between parasite and gut ecosystem, immune system and external environment. We aim to characterise and quantify
